At BE Dance Organization, we believe dance is more than movement.Dance is education.Dance is artistry.Dance is community.Dance is culture.Dance is personal growth.Dance is connection.For more than 15 years, BE Dance has provided transformative dance experiences for children, adults, aspiring artists, and community members throughout South Florida.We are seeking a Client & Community Relationship Coordinator (CCRC) to help strengthen the relationships, communication, and community connections that make our organization special.This is far more than a front desk position.The Client & Community Relationship Coordinator serves as a guide, connector, and advocate for the people who make up our ecosystem. They help ensure that students, families, educators, volunteers, and community members feel welcomed, informed, supported, and connected throughout their journey with BE Dance.

Core Responsibilities

Enrollment & New Student Experience

Respond to inquiries from prospective students and families.Coordinate trial class experiences.Guide prospective students toward appropriate programs.Support enrollment conversations.Launch onboarding journeys for new students.Ensure new families feel informed and welcomed.Support enrollment events and enrollment campaigns.

Retention & Student Support

Monitor attendance trends.Follow up with students who have become disengaged.Support student retention initiatives.Assist with re-enrollment efforts.Help identify students who may benefit from additional support.Help strengthen long-term relationships with students and families.

Student Journey & Participation Growth

Help students discover additional opportunities within BE Dance.Identify students who may be ready for:additional classeselectivesworkshopsperformancesYoung ArtistsMini Artistsstudent leadership opportunitiesspecial eventscommunity programsEducate families about progression pathways.Help students deepen their participation in the organization.Support growth in average classes per student and overall engagement.This is not a sales role.This is a guidance role.

Community Engagement

Support monthly Coffee Chats.Help foster meaningful connections among students, families, staff, and community members.Encourage participation in events and programs.Support referral initiatives.Help strengthen the culture of the organization.Support community partnerships and engagement efforts.

Recognition & Celebration

Coordinate recognition initiatives including:Student of the WeekStudent of the MonthBirthday RecognitionFundraiser RecognitionScholarship RecognitionCommunity HighlightsStaff RecognitionHelp ensure that accomplishments and milestones are celebrated consistently throughout the year.

Communication

Manage incoming email communication.Manage SMS communication.Monitor enrollment communications.Support family communication needs.Coordinate reminders and notifications.Ensure important information reaches the appropriate people.Support communication efforts across BE Dance systems and platforms.

Operations & Reporting

Maintain enrollment dashboards.Maintain retention dashboards.Maintain participation dashboards.Maintain community engagement dashboards.Maintain recognition tracking systems.Prepare weekly and monthly reports.Track key trends and opportunities.The CCRC serves as one of the primary keepers of institutional memory within the organization, helping ensure that important information, student milestones, community relationships, and organizational knowledge are documented and communicated appropriately.

Availability Requirements

This position primarily works weekday afternoons and evenings, with regular Saturday responsibilities beginning in August.
