Client & Community Relationship Coordinator

Part-Time | Starting at $20/hour

At BE Dance Organization, we believe dance is more than movement. It is education, artistry, community, personal growth, and connection.

We are seeking a Client & Community Relationship Coordinator (CCRC) to help strengthen the relationships that make our organization special.

This role serves as a guide, connector, and advocate for our students, families, educators, and community members. The CCRC helps ensure that people feel welcomed, informed, supported, and connected throughout their journey with BE Dance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting enrollment and onboarding

  • Coordinating trial class experiences

  • Strengthening student and family engagement

  • Managing communication and follow-up

  • Supporting retention efforts

  • Celebrating student milestones and accomplishments

  • Helping students discover opportunities to deepen their participation within the organization

This position is ideal for someone who loves people, enjoys creating organization and follow-through, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and believes in the power of arts, education, and community.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, education, youth development, arts administration, nonprofit organizations, or community engagement is helpful, but not required.

We're looking for someone who wants to help people connect with what moves them.

Dance Teacher Lab

Start or grow your path into teaching.

This program is designed for individuals who are interested in developing their skills as instructors and gaining real experience within a structured studio environment.

All educators are trained through the Dance Teacher Lab before stepping into teaching roles.

This role is for individuals who:

  • Dancers interested in teaching

  • Individuals transitioning into education

  • Those seeking structured training and mentorship
