Client & Community Relationship Coordinator

Part-Time | Starting at $20/hour

At BE Dance Organization, we believe dance is more than movement. It is education, artistry, community, personal growth, and connection.

We are seeking a Client & Community Relationship Coordinator (CCRC) to help strengthen the relationships that make our organization special.

This role serves as a guide, connector, and advocate for our students, families, educators, and community members. The CCRC helps ensure that people feel welcomed, informed, supported, and connected throughout their journey with BE Dance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting enrollment and onboarding

  • Coordinating trial class experiences

  • Strengthening student and family engagement

  • Managing communication and follow-up

  • Supporting retention efforts

  • Celebrating student milestones and accomplishments

  • Helping students discover opportunities to deepen their participation within the organization

This position is ideal for someone who loves people, enjoys creating organization and follow-through, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and believes in the power of arts, education, and community.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, education, youth development, arts administration, nonprofit organizations, or community engagement is helpful, but not required.

We're looking for someone who wants to help people connect with what moves them.

Dance Teacher Lab

Collage of dance classes and rehearsals with young girls practicing ballet and dance routines, group photos, and a sign that says 'NOW HIRING Dance Educators'.

Start or grow your path into teaching.

A few seasons ago, one of our dancers reflected on their time at BE Dance and said:

"I came here because I wanted to learn to dance. I stayed because this became a place where I felt seen."

That's the kind of organization we're building.

Yes, our students learn ballet, modern, tap, jazz, and other dance forms. They perform on stage. They develop strong technique.

But years from now, we hope they'll remember something even more important.

That someone believed in them.

That discipline became stewardship instead of fear.

That excellence and joy could exist together.

That dance helped them discover confidence, community, artistry, and purpose.

We're looking for educators who believe those things matter.

If you see teaching as more than correcting feet and counting music...

If you believe every class is an opportunity to shape character as well as artistry...

If you love watching students grow into confident human beings, not just stronger dancers, we'd love to meet you!

Part-Time | Miramar, FL
