We are seeking a Community & Communications Coordinator to support communication, organization, and connection within our studio.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Communicates clearly and consistently
Can manage systems, messaging, and timelines
Cares about creating a welcoming and connected environment
Responsibilities:
Manage communication with families (text, email, updates)
Support studio systems and organization
Assist with scheduling, events and operations
Help maintain a consistent and welcoming experience

This program is designed for individuals who are interested in developing their skills as instructors and gaining real experience within a structured studio environment.
All educators are trained through the Dance Teacher Lab before stepping into teaching roles.
