BE Dance Studios in Miramar, Florida is expanding our faculty for the 2025–2026 season. We are looking for passionate, community-minded, and values-aligned dance educators to work with students ages 3–Adult across our children’s programs, performance ensembles, and community offerings.
All positions are in-person, part-time roles starting at $25–$38 per class/hour, with opportunities for growth.
Open Positions
1. Certified Ballet Teacher
For a classically trained ballet instructor with ABT or RAD certification and a warm, developmentally appropriate teaching approach for ages 3–Teen.
2. Multi-Discipline Ballet Teacher
Strong classical ballet foundation with additional teaching ability in jazz, modern, musical theatre, tap, or acro. A dynamic and versatile educator.
3. Jazz Dance Teacher
Experienced in foundational jazz techniques and musicality. Must be high-energy and student-centered with the ability to inspire diverse learners.
4. Tap Dance Teacher
Looking for a rhythmically sound, stylistically aware tap teacher with performance background and strong classroom management.
5. Modern Dance Teacher
Specialist in Horton, Graham, Limón, or other traditional and contemporary modern dance methods, with cultural awareness and choreographic skill.
6. Acrobatics Instructor
AcroArts or gymnastics-based acrobatics teacher with a safe, progressive, and supportive teaching style. Experience with children essential.
7. African Dance & Drumming Instructor
Teacher or artist with expertise in West African or African diasporic forms and/or live drumming for culturally grounded, community-based classes.
